The One Minute Manager

I've listened to this book in the audio version and can say it is one of the best management books out there. Even though it's but a 100 pages and won't take much to read through it falls in neatly with the Manager Tools trinity and further reinforces the power of feedback and O3s.

Honestly - it is a must read for all managers, be it aspiring ones or mature CEOs.
