The 80/20 Principle: The Secret of Achieving More with Less

I was surprised not to see this one on the list of books of Manager Tools. 

You list the "4 hour work week" and not "80/20" how come? 

Anyway, I found it worth reading. I just finished it so I can not say I have applied all the techniques in there yet, but I am going to.
