Book Review
Covey stands the test of time surprisingly well. While we see this more as a book for college graduates, it still works as an annual review document. The stories are great, and the recommendations are immediately do-able.
Many managers would do well to simply implement the sharpening the saw habit...that alone is worth the price of admission.

Wonderful book, his inspiration was Napoleon Hill.
7 Habits Changed My Life
I first read this book as a junior in college. The book was a real positive influence on me as it helped me choose to do the things that really mattered to me in the long(er) run. The listening, being proactive, and delegating lessons have been invaluable to me in my personal life and in my career. I highly recommend it!

My first reading
I recently finished 7 habits. It may well become one of my primary documents which means it will be reviewed quarterly to keep me fresh. The biggest concepts for me were the P/PC balance and important vs. urgent.
