Why I take notes ...

 Just listening to Part 1 this morning.  Excellent!

Why do I take notes when I coach, attend courses, deliver programs, talk with my wife, read article, etc.?

In line with Mark's comments, I take notes because I have CRAFT - can't remember a freakin' thing.  :-)
