Great cast!

Thought this was an outstanding podcast.  We will having an intern starting in our organization (a city government) next month and I plan to have them listen to this cast (and many others) at the early stages of their internship.   Our departing intern was exposed to Manager/Career Tools shortly after I became aware of the podcasts last year.

As I think about the value of interns from the manager's perspective, there is no better position in the organization for a manager to practice and get better at using the Management Trinity than with an intern.  First of all, they are hungry for feedback, and often times really need and benefit from it.   Interns, in my experience, also greatly look forward to being coached and having work delegated to them.  So here you have somebody more receptive to these managerial techniques that perhaps any other employee.  As a manager who has recently begin rolling out the trinity with my nine directs, I greatly appreciated having an intern, who became a very willing and appreciative "guinea pig", reporting to me.

Thanks Mike and Mark!
