Y'all mentioned in the cast that you would make the PM O3 email available to everyone. Is that still possible? If so, can you post it here so we can use it?

PM O3's for Contract employees?

Is the OOO format for PM's also applicable for contract employees such as a 12 month contract.  I am not referring to a temp employee such as a 3-4 week engagement, but rather someone on a maternity leave backfill or similar situation.

My thought is that you still need the task-focused communication, and some of the relationship building, but not as much of the future development.  The PM OOO format seems to accomplish this.

Appreciate your opinion or guidance.
