Disclosing reserved information?

Hi all,
first time in my life posting in a blog, so be patient.
In the cast Marc and Mike mention acknoledgements and present tasks.
My question is: how can I mention this without disclosing company's reserved information?
For instance, I may say: I'm now helping on the company strategy to move to a specific market segment. This may hurt the company as long as it is an internal discussion.
