Hey guys, Mark was saying in the cast that the one on one slides would be available outside of premium content. Is there a different place I can find those?

One question on introducing the one on one: Is it recommended we give full responsibilty to the direct for the first ten minutes? Ask them to come prepared? Or for us to guide it with questions we have for them about them? In the ones I have had so far, I have to drive the first ten minutes, since they do not have much to say. I understand its intimidating the first couple times, on both ends.

    MWright-

Generally, in the beginning you have to ask questions (don’t think of it as driving… would you do that in a relationship? - and do you doubt now that they think of you as BOSS first?). But pretty soon, they’ll come prepared. If not, for those truly reticent ones, you may have to ask questions for 3-6 months. Nothing wrong with rewarding those that come prepared, either. Wouldn’t YOU if you had this time with your boss?

    Hi,

Has anyone in Asia or China had problems listening to the recent podcasts. I have tried several ways to download the casts and all fail. I don’t subscribe or have an iPod.

I have tired - Save target as, and it fails after several minutes.
Using FireFox and IE 7 and both just say buffering.
Reset IE 7 to install default setting and cleared all settings
Tried using Bitcomet to download, takes 5 or six hours and sometimes downloads partial casts.
Tried using Realplayer downlooad manager. That took six hours to download.
This only started last week with The rollout casts. Old cast don’t start either.

    Thanks MT’ers for your advise

    Hi,

I am also having a problem downloading the MP3 file. It simply brings up Quick Time Player with no options to save to my compute or MP3 player.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

    Dear MT’ers,

It is working as normal today 8/28/08. I would not be surprised if it Olympic traffic was a cause of the delay.

    Happy Managing.

    Hello.

I started O3’s early this year and these recent casts are good encouragement for me to move to the next step with the feedback model.

Has anyone used the feedback videos in a staff meeting to help explain the feedback model? I’d appreciate any advice or guidance on this point.

    Thank you.

Hi, I’m following up on the earlier question about the one-on-one slides which this podcast did indicate were available for all members. That would be great if they are but right now they are shown as premium content. Thanks!
