Feedback Video

May 22nd, 2008

Many of our members have asked for video, and we’ve finally gotten off to a bit of a start. Recently Mike and Mark got together and recorded a series of feedback examples that we’ll be releasing soon. We also shot Mark walking through all of the steps of the Feedback Model. Because it’s about 13 minutes long, we’ve broken it up into 5 parts.

If you’d like to watch Mark describe the Feedback Model on video, you can find it here.

Enjoy!

I think the video format would be really useful if it portrayed examples played out by actors. It would then further “burn” into our mind how to use the technique properly. That’s what I expected to see when I downloaded the video podcast.

For a raving fan of MT like myself, this video was like an audio podcast with no value added by the use of video (all of the combined audio podcasts on the feedback model give so much more instruction).

The quality of all of your work up to this point speaks for itself. I can’t wait to see your next video.

    Oh crap !

I just re-read the above description and realized you guys are way ahead of me.

    (I should’ve known)

It’s great to see you guys rolling out some video. The quality of the picture and sound were excellent. I can’t wait to see the FB examples. I hope the handshake is next in line! Thanks for your continuing efforts to make us all better managers.

Added some low-bandwidth download options for the feedback videos. Enjoy.

Hey, I liked it. Mark looks good with his well combed hair, which leads me to believe they spent a good deal of money on a cosmetic artist. When he chose to decide in an office cubical, what happens is, that people are comically reminded of Dilbert Cartoons.
Joking aside… I liked it. Visual is always good, it enhances learning.. please keep it up.

    Olaf-

You have GOT to be kidding me!

No cosmetics, no artist, no hair work.

    Just me.
