Excellent casts! As someone who is just beginning a mentoring relationship as the mentee these casts provided me with what will and should be expected of me as the mentee. One question though. As we’ve learned that one should not mentor more than 2 individuals, what is the magic # of mentors that one should have? One?

The magic number depends. I would say, for the majority of folks I know, ONE is the magic number. Even when I am mentoring someone, and they know I have STRONG opinions about this, and TEACH this stuff, they struggle with the basics. They STILL don’t keep up with the simple rules.
Can some people handle two? Sure…but it’s work. For a few years I had a whole “board”, but it became too burdensome.
