UPDATE: Effective Manager Conference San Antonio

June 22nd, 2007

We thought we’d let everyone know that after announcing our September conference 10 days ago, we already have 60 attendees registered.

If you’re thinking about coming, you might want to move quickly.

Thanks to those who have already registered. Please take a minute and introduce yourself to your fellow attendees in the Discussion Forums.

And, of course, please let us know if you have any questions. You can email us at conferenceATmanager-tools.com, or you can call the office at 830-992-3174.

Digg!    Stumble it!

Would love to attend but am limited to classes that offer CPE credit. There are thousands of us CPA’s that have mandated continuing educations classes (in Indiana it is 40 hours a year). Roger

    Roger-

We are working on that, and hope to have it in place in 08.

The Accidental Trainer monthly newsletter mentions you in guys in their June issue, section 2 Instructional Design Tips. I love seeing referrals to you because it confirms what we all already know - y’all are fabulous! The joke in my department is “give it to Erin, her plate is already so full she won’t know the difference.” Oy. I do the reporting metrics and analysis, training, manage communications, whatever else they can pile on, and now I’m the business continuity advisor for my local site. So, truly boys, you keep me sane. Among other things, you’ve helped me learn to manage my boss and her boss and the firedrills that keep coming down from on high. THANK YOU - Erin

    Erin-

What an awesome note! I am sitting here laughing out loud. Thank you.

Surely you’ve heard the aphorism, “if you want something done, ask the busy person.” That would be you.

We like being called ‘boys’, too. I’m sure it’s quite non-PC…but we’re having so much fun helping everyone, it sure makes us feel like life is one long summer vacation.

    You’re welcome.

I am a registered user, and have listened to and love all you podcasts, since your 5th one or so. I am sharing them with my new chef, and want her to attend your conference.

I cant fill out all the registration info without her. Please hold me a spot, and I will have her register with all her info. She is out of town until next Thursday. Can you hold a spot for her? I promise to register as soon as she gets back. Or should I register myself, and then just change the details for her?

    Thanks.

    Peter,

Sorry for any confusion. Please just go ahead and register yourself and you can change it to her at some point in the future that way you’ll be guaranteed a spot.

Thank for the qustion - look forward to meeting her.
