    Hi guys,

I am Hajra, student of management program at IPKO Institute here in Prishtina/Kosova (www.ipkoinstitute.org, just about to graduate -finished my last exams = yippy) subscriber and regular listener to your shows, on my iTunes, especially on my iPod, while I go around, out of my studding.
You have absolutely the best podcasts ever seen on iTunes, because I browse regularly the new podcasts in iTunes.
One of the main reason why I really like your shows and discussions is because everything what you guys say is based on the real time experience - so its not only theory of how we should do this or that.
Since I am a regular listener and visitor to your site I wanted to see what is the page rank of your site, and its doing great I guess because its 5 out of 10, and I was sure about that because considering the downloads of your shows and visitors. I wanted to let u know that every page in the site it has its own rank, and they are all different, in other words your main page have 5 PR, but the other pages might not have the same ones. Another important issue which helps in increasing your PR (page rank) and optimizing your site for top search engines (so-called SEO - search engine optimization, process) are the = KEYWORDS that you use in your site, u need to understand and search for the best keywords of your topic online, so u can integrate them into you site, because it has a huge affect in bringing more visitors and increasing PR of your website.
This is different from what I was talking about before heheh: am just about to apply for a job (which is about the management and development of the Human Recourses) in one of the biggest corporate here of Post and Telecommunication of Kosova, therefore am looking forward to prepare a portfolio in order to send a remarkable application, so if you could spend just couple of minutes to tell me which is the best way of doing that (what should I include in there and how I should organize it) - or write it down in your site, by the way your show about creating the resume was really helpful to me - thanks.

again you guys have great shows, so good luck & keep on the excellent work

    cheers,
    Hajra
